For health insurance brokers

Your agency's AI back office.

Everything your AMS holds — clients, policies, renewals, notes — plus an AI agent that knows your whole book. On a Mac you own, in your office.

Ask it things from your desk or your phone. No per-seat fees, and your client data stays with you.

Your agency management, on a box you own.

What the agent handles

The agency management work that eats your afternoon, handled by something that already knows your book.

Client and policy lookups

"What plan is the Martinez family on, and when does it renew?"

Renewal follow-ups

"Who renews in the next 60 days that I haven't talked to yet?"

Notes and documents

"Find the call notes where she mentioned switching doctors."

Drafting emails

"Write a renewal reminder for him. Keep it short." You read it before it goes.

Prep for client calls

"Summarize everything on the Lees before my two o'clock."

Carrier portal work

"What do I need to submit for this enrollment?" It helps, with you in the loop.

A few minutes of a broker asking the agent real questions. I'll post it here once it's recorded.

Tiers

The big box

Fully on-device

The AI runs on the box itself. Your data and your questions never leave the office.

  • →Larger Mac, built to run AI models locally
  • →Everything stays in your office
  • →No AI usage fees

Slim Jim

Hybrid

Your book of business stays on the box. Prompts leave the office: the agent thinks with a stronger hosted AI model under a zero-data-retention agreement, so your clients' details aren't kept by the AI provider.

  • →Smaller Mac, lower upfront cost
  • →Stronger AI models
  • →Zero-data-retention AI provider, set up for client information

Questions

Does this replace my AMS?+

For most small brokerages, yes. It handles the agency management you rely on your AMS for today — clients, policies, renewals, notes and documents — and adds an AI agent on top. We'll talk through what you use now before you decide.

Can I move over from my current AMS?+

Yes. Moving your book over is part of setup. Tell me which AMS you use on the form and I'll confirm how the move works for yours before you buy anything.

How does setup work?+

The Mac arrives at your office. Over a screen share, I bring in your book, notes and documents, and get your team signed in. From then on you talk to the agent from your desk or phone, and I'm a call away when something needs adjusting.

Do I own it?+

Yes. You buy the Mac and it's yours. It sits in your office, and your data is on it. If you ever stop working with me, the hardware and your data stay with you.

What happens if the box fails?+

Every setup includes a local backup, and I help you restore remotely. If you add encrypted offsite backup, you can recover even if the box and the local backup are both lost.
